Today, we’re excited to announce that Gartner® has recognized Evisort as a Visionary in the 2022 Magic Quadrant™ for Contract Life Cycle Management. This is Evisort’s first appearance in the report.

Not long ago, Evisort’s founders set out with a singular vision: to transform how business gets done by applying new technology — artificial intelligence — to the age-old challenge of contract management.

Driven by that vision, the group of Harvard Law and MIT students got to work on a revolutionary contracting system. Their goal was to leverage powerful machine learning algorithms to make it easy for business and legal teams to quickly find vital information in an organization’s most important trove of business data: their contracts. Thus was born Evisort’s market-defining Contract Intelligence Platform.

It wasn’t long before Evisort had our first customers and, shortly after, our first round of venture capital funding. It’s been a whirlwind of progress since then. Evisort more than doubled revenue in 2021, and the team has been picking up the pace in recent months.

In May, we closed our $100 million Series C investment led by TCV. Our partners at TCV shared that they made their investment based on Evisort’s proven ability to deliver a true end-to-end platform for contract lifecycle management, with intuitive workflow tools alongside best-in-class contract analytics.

In June, we accepted 14 Stevie Awards recognizing our leadership in creating and supporting innovative technology that delivers contract intelligence to businesses of every size, across every industry, around the globe. In addition, the Spend Matters® Spring 2022 SolutionMap identified Evisort as one of the best technology providers for procurement teams.

In July, we launched Automation Hub^TM, which enables anyone to easily train Evisort’s AI to recognize clauses unique to their business with only a handful of examples — no coding experience necessary.

Part of what we believe defines a visionary is the ability to see a better possibility for the future. However, we’re not just dreaming up ideas about what could be, someday. In business, a true visionary is one that brings an idea from concept to reality. That’s what we’ve been doing at Evisort.
